SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders must be shipped within the 50 United States, U.S. PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For APO/FPO shipping, please ensure your destination information is formatted properly with Name, Company, Street, City, State, Country and Zip.
All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, with rates based on purchase price/shopping cart total price. Shipping rates and shipping options will be provided at the time that orders are placed, and before you check out.
